How do I know whether I am eligible for a payment under the captive reinsurance arrangements settlement with the Colorado Department of Insurance?
First, submit the Payment Request Form on LandAm.com. You will need to provide your name, current mailing address, and the property address for which a title insurance policy was issued by Commonwealth® Land Title Insurance Company, Lawyers Title Insurance Corporation®, or Transnation® Title Insurance Company. LandAmerica will review its records to determine whether your title policy was part of a captive reinsurance arrangement and advise you by mail of your eligibility. To be eligible, the property must be a one- to four-family residential property in Colorado.
