When can I expect to receive a payment if I qualify?
Within three to four weeks after you have submitted the Payment Request Form, LandAmerica will send you a check in payment of the amount due you or advise you that your transaction was not the subject of a captive reinsurance arrangement. LandAmerica is determining the persons that are due payment and their addresses. If you submit the payment request form, it may assist us to process the payment faster.
