Must I submit a claim in order to receive a payment?
No. LandAmerica will review its records and send payments to all consumers who are entitled to payment under the captive reinsurance arrangements settlement and for whom LandAmerica is able to locate a mailing address. However, if you wish to ensure that LandAmerica has your mailing address, and in order to expedite the processing of your claim for payment, you should complete the Payment Request Form.
