The amount of the payment will depend upon the amount of the premium shared with the captive reinsurer and on the type of policy to which it relates. Homebuyers and borrowers will receive 90% of the reinsurance premium paid with respect to the loan policy of title insurance issued to their lender, if any. Homebuyers will receive 63% of the reinsurance premium paid with respect to their owner's policy of title insurance.
