International Owner’s Policy
Issued to the owner, upon the acquisition of the property, for a one-time premium, and effective for the life of the investment, the policy covers losses — including legal expenses — arising out of claims relating to:

• Legal title
• Defects, liens, encumbrances on legal title
• Right of access
• Additional endorsements, which may include zoning

International Loan Policy
Issued to the mortgage lender, at loan closing, for a one-time premium, and effective until maturity, the policy covers losses — including legal expenses — arising out of claims relating to:

• Legal title
• Defects, liens, encumbrances on legal title
• Right of access
• Invalidity or unenforceability of the mortgage
• Prior liens or encumbrances
• Invalidity or unenforceability of any mortgage assignment
• Additional endorsements, which may include zoning

International Mortgage Pool Policy
Issued to the Trustee of an issue of Commercial Mortgage Backed Securities, for a one-time premium and effective until maturity of the securities, the policy covers losses – including legal expenses – arising out of claims relating to the underlying mortgages in the pool including:

• Legal title
• Invalidity or unenforceability of the mortgages
• Prior liens
