Fort Dox Scanning Services
Fort Dox provides document imaging software and services to help title agencies scan and manage hardcopy title files. Access and manage documents securely and reduce your paper handling costs. Fort Dox picks up, scans, indexes, and imports your hardcopy files into your Fort Dox account. Once scanned, the file images can be searched, viewed, emailed, printed, and backed up from anywhere, at any time, via the internet. This "cradle-to-grave" document lifecycle management solution covers files from pickup to shredding with no up-front cost.

LandAmScan
LandAmScan is a user-friendly, stand-alone application – leveraging Microsoft® Access or the more robust SQL database – to aid our Agent Partners in electronically scanning, storing, and searching paper files. LandAmScan provides a simple front-end that asks users to enter index fields pertaining to files being scanned. Once that information is entered, separator sheets with bar codes are printed, and then multiple files can be scanned and stored electronically. This process saves valuable time and cost.
Title and Escrow Production Software
Numerous title software packages are available from preferred vendors who offer special discounts to our Agent Partners. So they save time and money throughout the closing process, with LandAmerica on their side.
