Susanne M. Haines, Esq.

Susanne Haines has over ten years of real estate experience in both commercial and residential transactions. She has over five years of legal experience, nearly four of which are specific to the 1031 industry.
Prior to joining LandAmerica, Susanne was responsible for the development, coordination, and implementation of the Exchange Program at a local leading Tenant in Common (TIC) sponsor in the 1031 industry. Her responsibilities included the management of internal operations and customer service related to the exchange program. Additionally, she worked closely with a multitude of external legal counsel to ensure compliance with the Internal Revenue Service.
Prior to joining the TIC sponsor, Susanne was a staff attorney in the National Reserve and Improvement Exchange division at a prominent national exchange company. While there, she supervised the execution of various types of exchanges including Delayed, Reverse, and Improvement Exchanges.
Susanne graduated from Kent State University in 1996 with a BS in environmental science. In 2002, she obtained her juris doctor from the University of Toledo College of Law. She is a member of the State Bar of Arizona and the American Bar Association.
